By using the services offered through fitrine.com (the "Platform") you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.

1. Service

Fitrine is an online studio that uses AI to dress the product images you upload on a model and produce catalog photos and promotional videos. The scope and features of the service may be updated from time to time.

2. Account

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account details and for activity under your account. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only with product images you are entitled to use. You may not use the Platform to produce content that infringes third parties' copyright, trademark or personal rights, or that is unlawful, misleading or harmful. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Content and Copyright

You represent that the images you upload are yours or that you have the right to use them. You own the copyright to the images and videos you generate with Fitrine; you may use them freely, including on your store, on marketplaces and in your ads. We process your uploaded content solely to produce the output you request.

5. Credits and Payment

The service is offered via monthly credit plans. Each generation deducts the relevant credit amount from your account.
Credits are valid within their period; they reset at the end of the month and the new period starts with your full plan. If your needs grow, you can buy top-up packs during the period.
Payments are currently collected manually (invoice/transfer); your credits are assigned once payment is confirmed.

6. Quality and Credit Refunds

Every generation passes an automatic fidelity check. For a generation that fails the check (not faithful to your product), your credit is refunded automatically. Automatic refunds are limited to 3 generations per month; beyond that, requests are assessed via a quick manual review. Where abuse of this mechanism is detected, refund requests may be declined.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". You acknowledge that AI outputs do not guarantee a specific result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fitrine is not liable for indirect damages and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the relevant period.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. In the event of a breach of these Terms, Fitrine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page; continued use means you accept the current Terms.
