At Fitrine ("Fitrine", "we") we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains which personal data we process through fitrine.com (the "Platform"), for what purposes and on what legal grounds, and your rights. Fitrine is based in Türkiye; processing of Turkish users' data is governed by Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Fitrine as data controller. For any question or request: [email protected].

2. Personal Data We Process

Identity and contact: full name, email address and (if provided) brand/company name.
Account data: your password is stored only in an irreversible (hashed) form; never in plain text.
Content data: the product images you upload and the outputs generated.
Contact form: the name, email, brand, volume and message you send us.
Usage data: anonymous/aggregate usage events such as page views. Our analytics are first-party; we use no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

Creating your account, providing the service and generating images — performance of a contract.
Responding to your requests and questions — legitimate interest.
Service security, abuse prevention and legal obligations — legal obligation / legitimate interest.
Generation steps that require processing abroad — your explicit consent (see section 5).

4. Image Processing and Retention

The product images you upload are processed solely to produce the output you request. You own the copyright to the images and videos you generate. Your images are never used for advertising or shared with third parties without your permission. If you wish to close your account, you may request deletion of your data (see section 7).

5. International Transfers

Image generation is carried out through cloud infrastructure and AI processing service providers located abroad. This means your product images are transferred to servers outside Türkiye for processing. This transfer is necessary to provide the service and relies on the explicit consent you give during sign-up. You may withdraw your consent at any time; however, you may then be unable to use the image-generation service.

6. Cookies

We use only a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and request compensation for any damage. Send your requests to [email protected]; your request will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; the date above is updated for material changes.
